By accessing or using Vatra Assess ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Service Usage & Integrity

The Service is provided to facilitate academic and corporate assessments. Users agree to:

• Provide accurate information during account registration.
• Maintain the confidentiality of account credentials.
• Use the platform strictly for lawful purposes in compliance with the Information Technology Act, 2000 of India.
• Refrain from attempting to bypass test environment controls or manipulating evaluation systems.

3. Intellectual Property

All content generated through the Service, including AI-generated questions and rubrics, remains the intellectual property of the institution or individual creator. Vatra Assess retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the Service, including its underlying AI models, algorithms, and software.

4. User Responsibilities

Users are solely responsible for the content they upload (e.g., syllabus documents, past papers) and must ensure they have the necessary rights to use such content. Vatra Assess is not responsible for copyright infringements arising from user-uploaded materials.
